Knitted from pure 100% cashmere in a classic ribbed texture, the ribbed beanie offers softness with structure. Unisex and seasonless, it embodies quiet luxury and lasting comfort. 

Size: 11.0 × 9.6 inches, one size fits most

Care: Less is more. Cashmere doesn’t need frequent washing—often a simple air-out will do. Hand wash: Lukewarm water (~86°F) + mild cashmere/wool detergent. Soak 5–10 minutes. Press to clean (never twist or wring). Rinse and press again. Prefer a machine? Use a protective laundry bag and the delicate wool cycle.

To dry, lay your piece on a towel, roll gently to remove excess water, then reshape. Dry flat—away from sunlight or heat. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching. Never tumble dry.

To store, before storing for warmer months, ensure your cashmere is clean and fully dry. Fold and keep it in a breathable cotton bag or drawer with cedar blocks or lavender. Avoid plastic so fibers can breathe.

Pilling is normal for pure cashmere and a sign of authenticity. Remove pills gently with a cashmere comb or fabric shaver. Over time, fibers settle and your piece becomes smoother.

Everyday & Travel Care - fold (don’t roll) to maintain shape; use a breathable pouch when commuting or traveling. If creased, revive with light steam.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on clogs bought on sale, limited edition clogs, special order clogs, other sale items, totes, socks, hats, scarves, eyeglasses, clog care kit, or other non-clog items.

Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size. 
If you are between sizes or a wide, we recommend sizing up on all clog styles, except high heel sandals.
Our sizes are indicated on the heel pad of the clog. Please note that the number etched on the wood heel indicates the model size, but not the clog size. Please follow your US size to find the best fit for you.

WHEN WILL MY CLOG ORDER SHIP?

Thank you to everyone who has supported our small business this holiday season! Due to the incredible response to our Black Friday 10% off offer, all clog orders placed in December will be ready to ship in January. We are busy making your clogs, and we appreciate your patience. 

11/20-All orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, November 20th will ship out in about 10-25 business days (not including holiday closures and weekends). Thank you for your understanding.

NON-CLOG ORDERS:

If you place an order for a non-clog item, like socks or scarves, we will ship those to you in the 5-10 business day window. The last order day for these items is Dec 8th. Please note that if you order these items with your clogs, they will go out in the clog delivery window. We do not split ship, so we suggest placing 2 orders if you need them sooner. 

Shipping Carriers:

Domestic shipments ship via USPS. International shipments go by DHL. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our studio with the tracking number. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our process we cannot guarantee the shipping window. Thank you for your patience. 

Made-to-order clogs (MTO) 

From time to time, we offer pre-orders. If you have placed an order for a pair of clogs and the item is marked 'MTO' that means we will be making them for you. The turn around time for MTO is shared in the product drop down. If you order socks or totes with a MTO order, they will ship with the clogs.
