Who we are: Bryr is a collection of hand-made clogs inspired by the West Coast lifestyle. Based out of our workshop in San Francisco, every pair of Bryr clogs are hand-made in-house. We are a small team dedicated to the simple idea that the best products are made with the best materials. The name Bryr means to care in Swedish, because we believe in putting our heart into everything we do things. Bryr is a fast-growing start-up style small company, with lots of room for growth for the right person.

Job responsibilities: As our Sales/Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first person our customers meet when they come to Bryr (in store and online). You will work with customers in-person in the store, helping them find their perfect clog. You will answer all our customer service emails, and phone calls, answering product and order questions, processing returns and order changes. You will manage the store during open studios, taking sales on our POS and assisting customers. You will help with the facilities, keeping the house in order, ordering supplies and making sure the studio is running smoothly. You will ship goods to customers on a weekly basis. You will assist Isobel (the founder) with planning, facilitating and hosting special events. You will report directly to Isobel.
Qualifications: Prior experience working with the public strongly preferred, especially in retail. Must love clogs.
Benefits: For full-time employees, we offer a PTO plan, company holidays, a clog-allowance and deep friends-and-family discounts. We do not offer health or 401K benefits at this time.
Hours: Full or part-time. Candidate must be available to work our shop hours, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
