Exchanges

Please note that as of March 17th, our home of San Francisco is currently under a shelter-at-home mandate and our operations have shifted slightly. We are unable to receive packages at this time. If you find an exchange is necessary, we are happy to help and we ask that you email us and please hold onto your clogs until further notice to ensure a successful exchange. Please note, Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

We have extended the date of exchanges to have no limit as long as the clogs remain completely new, unworn and undamaged. We recommend that you store them just as they came in the box. Please email us at exchanges@bryrstudio.com and we will work with you individually to ensure the clogs arrive safely back to our studio at which time we will process your exchange.

We understand this means waiting longer for your exchange pair of clogs and we appreciate your trust and support during this time.
 
*Clogs ordered from Isobel's Leather Archive are subject to exchange, but please note that due to our limited availability of hides, you may not be able to exchange into the same color*
* Online Sample Sale clogs are final sale and not eligible for an exchange.*
 


Below is our usual exchange process when we are not under a shelter-in-place mandate. 


EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you find an exchange is necessary, please ensure clogs are new, unworn and undamagedFill out your reasoning on the back of your packing slip and enclose the slip with your clogs, affixing the prepaid USPS return label on your box. You may drop your package at any USPS location or schedule a free pick up by visiting USPS.com.

Clogs must be postmarked back to us within 20 days of delivery to your shipping address.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage sustained during shipment, so please package carefully. Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. 

If your return is approved, you will automatically be issued a digital gift code to your email within 3-5 business days of arrival at our studio. You do not need to reach out to us via email. Gift codes do not expire and may be used online and in store. Any additional purchases will be made and shipped within our stated production turnaround time. We do not expedite exchange orders.

International customers, please reach out to us at exchanges@bryrstudio.com to arrange an exchange. All international customers are responsible for shipping, taxes and duties levied by your country. Bryr is not responsible for any additional charges you may incur during shipping, receiving and returning.

Please note, returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged and returned within the required 20 day window. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

All sale items, including Online Sample Sale, are final sale and non-refundable.

INSTANT GRATIFICATION

Clogs purchased from our Instant Gratification offering are subject to our standard exchange policy. Please see above for more information. 

DAMAGES

We stand by the craftsmanship of our goods. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at hello@bryrstudio.com and we'll take care of you!

Please note that we do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped. Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck against a hard surface with sufficient force, will chip.
