HOW TO CHOOSE

We know there are a lot of options, but we always show what we love most. A good place to start is with our current best sellers

WHAT SIZE TO ORDER

Our clogs are US sizes and run true to size. We include the size range on the drop down menu for each style, so you can see which way you should go if you're between sizes. You can read more here on our fit page. 

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR BASES/HEEL TYPES

The Worker Clog:

  • Heel height: 1 3/4".
  • Front lift: 1"
  • Available in  US women's sizes 4–13

    The Platform:

    • Back heel ~2" high, front ~1 3/4"
    • Available in US women's size 4–13

      The Block Heel:

      • Heel height: 2 1/4" high
      • Front height: 1" 
      • Available in  US women's sizes 4–13

        The High Heel:

        • Heel height: 3 1/4"
        • Front height: 1" 
        • Available in US women's size 4–13

        Narrow, wide feet or high arches:

        We do not offer special widths in our clogs. For people who have narrow or wide feet or high arches, we suggest going with a style that has adjustability over the arch. Some styles that have adjustability are: All our sandals and the Zoe lace up. 

         

        What Made to Order means:

        All of our clogs are made-to-order are made in the order received and take between 1-6 weeks, depending on our current work-load. We post updates with our current estimated turn around time. 

        HOW WE SHIP

        Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders ship via DHL and typically arrive within 2-6 days. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates. Read more about ordering and shipping here.

        RETURNS

        We gladly offer returns for refund or exchange on new, unworn clogs within 15 days of receipt.

        All exchanges must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.
