We use USPS for all domestic orders. Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as Bryr is unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio. Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we find they often do show up within a few business days! If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS; then, contact us to let us know. We'll do our very best to help you and get your clogs to you! Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance to your order.


We ship all our International orders ship via DHL. You will PRE-PAY all customs duties and taxes at checkout. This avoids any surprise fees and charges. Please note that Customs duties and taxes are levied by your home country and are not set by BRYR. 


Local? We now offer in-store pickup, which you can select at checkout. If you select in-store pickup, our production timeline still applies. You will receive an email notification once the clogs are ready for pick up in our shop.
