Ordering & Shipping


We use USPS for all domestic orders. Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as Bryr is unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio. Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we find they often do show up within a few business days! If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS; then, contact us to let us know. We'll do our very best to help you and get your clogs to you! Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance to your order.


Local? We now offer in-store pickup, which you can select at checkout. If you select in-store pickup, your items will be ready within 2-4 days of completion (not including the production timelines for made-to-order and special order).


International orders ship via FedEx or DHL. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. Some countries issue heavy duties, so we highly suggest researching these rates for your country before ordering. Bryr Studio is not responsible for any charges incurred by your country. At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping from overseas.
