What is Homeless Prenatal
Homeless Prenatal Program is a 30 year old non-profit based in San Francisco, whose mission is to "break the cycle of childhood poverty" by supporting pregnant and new parents in San Francisco. Their purpose and philosophy is, "By seizing the motivational opportunity created by pregnancy and parenthood, HPP joins with families to help them recognize their strengths and trust in their capacity to transform their lives."

If I make multiple $5.00 donations, is that more chances to win the grand prize?
Yes!! For example, if you buy 5 for $25.00, that’s 5 donations and 5 chances to win.
How do I get a tote?
If you donate $50 you get a free tote designed by our friend Jordan Barton just for Bryr. To pick that option, just choose the 10 entries drop-down.
How is Bryr supporting Homeless Prenatal?
In addition to hosting this event, Bryr is donating the cost of developing, designing, producing and shipping the bags, which is a total of about $6000+.
If I win, how will I know?
We will announce the winner on Monday, Oct 4th by first reaching out to the winner directly and then announcing on our instagram, @bryrclogs. Please note that we will NEVER dm you and ask for your credit card info, or create secondary instagram accounts. Please note that false accounts have happened in the past. Please protect yourself from these predators.
When will I get the tote?
We will ship the totes out as soon as we can after the close of the fundraiser.

We believe that it is important to give back to our San Francisco community. We feel that Homeless Prenatal is doing vital work to support and uplift people who have been most urgently impacted by housing and financial inequality in San Francisco.

In-stock clogs, socks and totes ship in 2-5 business days. Our current estimated Made-To-Order (MTO) queue is currently 21-35 days.
We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days); overseas orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance to your order.All of our clogs are handmade under one roof in San Francisco! We frequently update the MTO queue estimate above based on incoming orders and our production capacity. We do everything we can to make and ship your MTO clogs within this window; however, due to the nature of our production, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size. We've put together this simple and easy to use guide to help you make the best decision for your clog purchase. Unlike some other clog companies, we do not go by European sizing. We hope this makes it easier to pick your correct size.
We have 5 different clog bases, the chonk, the block, platform, worker and high heel. For all our clog styles (except the high sandals*) we recommend sizing UP if you are between sizes. In other words, if you are a 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 8.

If you are ordering to check your size we kindly ask you to order from the in-stock collection before ordering from MTO.
If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping, within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.
If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. If there is a difference in the charge, you'll be charged or refunded on the original form of payment. Please note that if you are returning MTO for MTO the lead time applies for your second order. We cannot expedite MTO orders.
Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Damages and defects:
We stand by the craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at hello@bryrstudio.com at any time during the life of your clogs.
Natural wood and leather:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped. To learn more about our clogs and how to care for them, please see our care page.
