Product Page Shipping Info

SHIPPING TIME:

Our current shipping turnaround time is as follows:  

• 2-5 business days for in-stock clogs.
• If your product name contains the word "pre-order", the shipping turn around time is indicated in each clog's product page (see the Details tab), it will be the most up to date version so please check there. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Domestic shipments ship via USPS. International shipments go by DHL or FedEx. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our studio with the tracking number. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our process we cannot guarantee the shipping window. Thank you for your patience. 

PICK UP: 

We do not currently offer pick up.
