A. All sale clogs are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. What clogs will be in the sale?
A. The black friday clogs are clogs that are not currently available, so think colors and styles from past seasons, as well as MTO returns. 

Q. Are there any clogs from the current collection in the sale? 
A. No, only discontinued or retired styles. 

Q. Help, there’s nothing in the collection!
A. The collection will automatically load at exactly 9am am. If it's past 9am, please refresh your page

Q. How will it be organized?
A. The collection will be organize alphabetically.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Absolutely! Read about shipping here. 

Q. Are clogs purchased at 10% off from the regular collection returnable?
A. Yes, 10% off clogs are eligible for our full refund or exchange.
