Frequently asked questions
How do I choose?
We suggest you start with which style you like, then choose the color and lastly the heel height. Our sandals are available in any of our leather colors. Our closed toe and more covered styles are only available in our core leathers.
I live in SF, can I come try some clogs on?
Yes! Our studio is open for retail and fittings every Friday from noon to 6:30pm.
How long will it take for my clogs to come?
We make our clogs by hand, and that takes time. Our current wait time is ~30 days. You will receive a confirmation when you place your order and then we will email you a tracking number once they ship.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your clogs! Please see our return policy page for details.
Do you have any clogs in stock?
We have a very limited stock, but we do have some clogs on hand. Email us if you have a specific style you're looking for with your size.
I live in San Francisco, can I pick my clogs up?
We no longer offer in-stock pick up. All our clogs are shipped vis USPS and local orders will be delivered the next business day.
Do you ever put your clogs on sale?
We hold an annual sample sale in the summer. Sign up for our mailing list if you want to be notified of the sale.
How to I care for my clogs?
All our clogs are made from 100% leather with a natural wood base. For nubuck styles, it's best to use a soft clean dry brush. For the leather clogs, you can use a leather oil or polish.
Our clogs are made from linden wood, which is stronger and longer lasting than most clog companies (who use pine). But as a it's a natural material they must be treated with care. You'll want to re-sole the bottom before the rubber outsole is worn down. Your local cobbler can help you with this.
The wood on my clogs have cracked, help!
Our clogs are made of a solid block of wood. It's one of the reasons they feel so good to walk on. But as with any wood, if you hit it against a hard surface, it will crack. For this reason, we can't accept returns on cracked clogs. (You can, however, save them with wood glue.)
Do you stand by your workmanship?
Absolutely! If you have any questions or issues with your clogs, please email us at email@example.com
How do I know what size I am?
Our clogs run a little roomier than some other brands. We suggest half sizes should size down. Please check out our fit guide page if you are unsure what size is right for you.
How high is your heel?
Our high heel height is 3 1/4", with a 1" platform in the front, so it's easy to walk in. Our mid heel height is 2 1/4", also with a 1" platform.
I'm not sure what color I like. Can I get a swatch?
Yes--you can order any color you like from our swatch ordering page, here.
