How do I choose?
We know there are a lot of options, but we always show what we love most. We suggest you start with the style you like and then choose the color. Our current colors may be found here.
We also recommend taking a look around our different collections. You may shop by heel height: high, platform, block heel and worker clog. You may see a complete catalogue of all of our styles listed here.
Lastly, we have galleries for all of our styles and colors so that you can see them on people! Head up to the main menu on our website and explore by style or explore by color.
I'm not sure what color I like. Can I get a swatch?
Yes, of course! You may order any color you like from our swatch page, here.
I live in San Francisco, may I try some clogs on?
Our Dogpatch studio is currently closed but we are more than happy to help you via email: email@example.com.
Do you have any clogs in stock?
Yes! We have a rotating in stock clog program that is updated with new styles and/or restocked weekly. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific size and style you're looking for, and we'll check to see if it's available for you.
Do you have gift cards?
We do! Check them out here. All gift cards are delivered digitally via email so that you may forward them along to the recipient, or keep for yourself!
Do you offer payment plans or take installments?
We are currently offering payment plans through Shop Pay. Simply sign up for an account via Shop Pay and purchase your clogs through four installments, interest free.
Do you ever put your clogs on sale?
We do not discount our made-to-order clogs. However, we do host sample sales from time to time. Sign up for our mailing list if you want to be notified of the sample sale!
How long will it take for my clogs to come?
We are a small production studio and we make all of our clogs by hand. If you shop from our in stock inventory, your clogs will ship out within 7-10 business days. Our current estimated made-to-order queue is: 4-6 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your clogs leave our studio. Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates nor are we able to accommodate rush or expedited orders.
I live in the Bay Area, can I pick my clogs up?
We are not currently offering pickups.
I ordered another in-stock item like a tote bag. When will it come?
Thanks for ordering one of our in stock items! We ship tote bags, swatches and socks within 3-5 business days from our San Francisco studio.
I ordered a tote bag and a pair of clogs, and I'd love to have the tote bag ASAP! Will you send it?
Thank you for ordering a tote bag! We're happy to ship your tote bag ahead of time, but you must email us at email@example.com to request immediate shipment. If we don't hear from you, your tote will ship with your clogs.
What about socks? I ordered clogs and socks together. Will I receive them together?
We are so excited you got a pair of cute socks! When you order clogs and socks together, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request immediate shipment of the socks. If we don't hear from you, your socks will ship with your clogs.
What is your return policy?
We gladly offer free returns for store credit on new, unworn clogs within 20 days of receipt. You may exchange in-stock or made-to-order clogs.
Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds.

How do I know what size I am?

What sizes are available in the current collection?
Platforms: US sizes 4–13
High Heel clogs: US sizes 4–11
Worker clogs: US sizes 4–13
Block Heel clogs: US sizes 4–13
How high are your bases?
High heel: 3 1/4” with a 1” rise in the front
Block heel: 2 1/4” with a 1” rise in the front
Worker heel: 1 3/4”
How wide is the platform base? Compared with the other bases?
All our clogs are designed to fit snug on the foot and hold you comfortably in place. But the footprint of the platform is slightly wider and more of an ‘easy’ fit.
Do the platforms feel heavy to wear?
No, they feel great! Even though they weigh slightly more than our high heel clog, they feel great on.
Are the platforms comfortable to walk in?
Yes!!! We spent over a year fine-tuning the design of the base to make sure they are super comfortable to walk (or dance!) in. They have a special ‘rock’ that allows you to feel really comfortable in them.
Any styles you recommend for wider feet? How about narrow?
Generally speaking, styles with openness or adjustability will work best for wide fits. Styles with coverage and adjustability are great if your feet are narrow. Let us know if you have any questions specific to your needs and we'll help you out!
How to I care for my clogs?

The wood on my clogs have cracked, help!
Our clogs are carved from a solid block of wood. It's one of the reasons they feel so good to walk on. But as with any wood, if you hit them against a hard surface, they'll crack. For this reason, we do not accept returns on cracked clogs nor are we able to repair worn clogs. If you believe cracks happened especially quickly, please email us. (You can also save your clogs with wood glue - works like a charm!) Also: support your local cobbler!
My clogs are really dirty, help!
