All sample sale clogs are final sale. 

Tier 3: 40% off regular retail- Tier 3 clogs include seconds clogs that have more noticeable blemishes, like wrinkles, irregular staples, signs of wear, sun-fading or scratches. All irregularities are superficial and do not affect the fit, wear or durability of the clogs. 

These clogs have damage on the leather. Please note that we have provided examples of similar irregularities on the photo detail page, however we cannot photograph the exact clog you will receive.

Finding your right fit is important! And that's why we have improved our returns process so it's quick and easy. Need to do a return or exchange? No problem.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on clogs bought on sale, limited edition clogs, special order clogs, other sale items, totes, socks, hats, scarves, eyeglasses, clog care kit, or other non-clog items.


Size Chart

Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size. 

If you are between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up on all clog styles, except high heel sandals.

For international folks, first convert your size to US sizing and use the US size to choose your clogs.

SHIPPING TIME:

Our current shipping turnaround time is as follows:  

  • 2-5 business days for in-stock clogs.
  • If your product name contains the word "pre-order", the shipping turn around time is indicated in each clog's product page (see the Details tab), it will be the most up to date version so please check there.
  • Sample Sale clogs (launches on Thursday, June 25!) will ship anywhere from 1-3 weeks. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Domestic shipments ship via USPS. International shipments go by DHL or FedEx. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our studio with the tracking number. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our process we cannot guarantee the shipping window. Thank you for your patience. 

PICK UP: 

We do not currently offer pick up.
