From time to time, we offer pre-orders and highly anticipated styles. Pre-orders are a way to get a jump on ordering a pair of clogs you want, before they are introduced to the collection. It also means that you are sure to get the size you want. We always guarantee that your pre-order clogs will ship BEFORE the collection goes live to the general public.

Q. What time will the pre-order go live?
A. We will announce the times and dates the pre-order will go live.
Q. Can I sign up so I'll be reminded on my phone when it goes live?
A. Yes! Sign up by clicking 'notify me' on the product. You'll know as soon as they go live.
Q. Help! It says it's sold out, but it's not gone live yet.
A. Don't worry. The product says sold out until we go live with the pre-order.
Q. Will the pre-order sell out?
A. We have a specific number of clogs that we can make for a pre-order, so yes, it can sell out before the closing time.
Q. Help! The pre-order sold out in my size! Can I order them directly?
A. Depending on how the pre-order went, we might offer a second pre-order. If not, we will be adding that particular style to the collection, so it's a good idea to sign up for the 'notify me' within the item.
Q. When can I expect my clogs to ship?
A. The shipping turn around time is indicated in each clog's product page, it will be the most up to date version so please check there (see the 'Details' tab). If you order socks or other accessories with a pre-order, they will ship with the clogs.
Q. Can I return or exchange my pre-order?
A. Yes, pre-order clogs are eligible to our full return policy which you can see here.
Q. Help! I need to cancel my pre-order.
A. No problem. Please write to us at hello@bryrstudio.com with your order number.
Q. Will the pre-order style come back or be part of the main collection?
A. Possibly. We usually pick styles that were much loved to be part of pre-order, but we can't guarantee that they will be put in the main collection.
