First Time Buyer's Guide

WHAT SIZE TO ORDER

Our clogs are US sizes and run true to size. We include the size range in the product page for each style.  See recommendations of sizing below. 

 

The Chonk Group:

  • Styles include the Tegan, Chonk, Gigi, and Charlie
  • Built on a solid wood base with EVA outsole for shock absorption. Possibly the cutest, and most comfortable platform clog ever!
  • Runs true to size. 
  • 2 3/4" high
  • Sizes 4-13

The Loaf Group:

  • Styles include the Loaf
  • Built on a solid wood base with EVA outsole for shock absorption. 
  • Relaxed fit, runs true to size 
  • 1" flat base
  • Sizes 5-11

The Worker Group:

  • Styles include the Worker Clogs and Lila
  • Our take on a classic Scandinavian clog, but make it chic. Featuring an orthopedic, hand-carved, solid wood base that has arch support built right in.
  • Runs true to size.
  • Heel height: 1 3/4".
  • Front lift: 1"
  • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

The Block Heel Group

  • Styles the Daphne
  • Runs on the narrow side.
  • Heel height: 2".
  • Front lift: 1"
  • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

The High Heel Group:

  • Current styles: Miranda and Margot 
  • Runs true to size
  • Heel height: 3 1/4"
  • Front height: 1" 
  • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

    Narrow, wide feet or high arches:

    We do not offer special widths in our clogs. For people who have narrow or wide feet or high arches, we suggest going with a style that has adjustability over the arch. Some styles that have adjustability are: our sandals with buckles, the Tegan, the Ellie, and the Charlie that lace up. 

    Turnaround time:

    Our current shipping turnaround time is 2-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays). 

    Pre-Order Clogs:

    From time to time, we offer pre-orders for exciting new or returning clog styles! If your product name contains the word "pre-order", the shipping turn around time is indicated in each clog's product page (see the Details tab), it will be the most up to date version so please check there. If you order socks or other accessories with a pre-order, they will ship with the clogs. To find out about our pre-order windows, sign up for our newsletter and you will be first to know!

    HOW WE SHIP

    Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS and typically arrive in 2-5 business days after we ship them. International orders ship via DHL and typically arrive within 2-6 days after we ship them. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates. Read more about ordering and shipping here.

    RETURNS

    We gladly offer returns for refund or exchange on new, unworn clogs within 14 days of receipt. Clogs may be exchanged for any currently in-stock styles and sizes.

    All exchanges must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.
