HOW TO CHOOSE

We know we have a lot of options, but we always show what we love most. A good place to start is with our current best sellers. 

 

WHAT SIZE TO ORDER

Our clogs are US sizes and run true to size. We include the size range in the product page for each style. You can read more here for our size guide. 

 

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 4 BASES/HEEL TYPES:

 

The Chonk Base:

  • Built on a solid wood base with EVA outsole for shock absorption. Possibly the cutest, and most comfortable platform clog ever!
  • Current styles include the Tegan, Chonk, and Charlie
  • 2 3/4" high
  • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

 

The Worker Base:

  • Our take on a classic Scandinavian clog, but make it chic. Featuring an orthopedic, hand-carved, solid wood base that has arch support built right in.
  • Current styles include the Worker Clogs, Lila, and Ellie
  • Heel height: 1 3/4".
  • Front lift: 1"
  • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13


    The Platform Base:

    • Featuring an orthopedic, hand-carved, solid wood base that has arch support built right in.
    • Current styles include the Bean
    • Back heel ~2" high, front ~1 3/4"
    • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

       

         

        The High Heel Base:

        • The clog that started it all! Built from a hand-carved solid piece of wood, they are super comfy and make you look like a million bucks. Quite possibly the most comfortable high heels in the world. 
        • Heel height: 3 1/4"
        • Front height: 1" 
        • Available in US women's sizes 4 to 13

         

         

        Narrow, wide feet or high arches:

        We do not offer special widths in our clogs. For people who have narrow or wide feet or high arches, we suggest going with a style that has adjustability over the arch. Some styles that have adjustability are: our sandals with buckles, the Tegan, the Ellie, and the Charlie that lace up. 

        Turnaround time:

        We carry inventory of a lot of our clogs, but sometimes, depending on order volume, we make your clogs especially for you! As a small team, we do our best to get your order out within our shipping window, but sometimes we go over, we appreciate your patience. Please check this page to see our current turnaround time. 

        What Made to Order (MTO) means:

        From time to time, we offer pre-orders for MTO. If you have placed an order for a pair of clogs and the item is marked 'MTO' that means we will be making them for you. The turn around time for MTO is shared in the product drop down (usually between 3-6 weeks). If you order socks or totes with a MTO order, they will ship with the clogs. 

        HOW WE SHIP

        Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders ship via DHL and typically arrive within 2-6 days. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates. Read more about ordering and shipping here.

        RETURNS

        We gladly offer returns for refund or exchange on new, unworn clogs within 15 days of receipt.

        All exchanges must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.
