Sample Sale Info

Welcome! If you're new to the BRYR Sample Sale or you want a refresher in all that is to know, you're in the right place. Our big online sample sale happens just once a year and it's a chance to get your hands on some great deals and special clogs. 

Date and Time: 

The 2026 Online Sample Sale goes live on Thursday June 25th. The products will load automatically at 9am pacific. Clogs go fast, so we recommend logging on at the launch time.

Early Access:

Our mailing list will get early access at 9am.  Sign up for early access here.

Know your size:

If you're not sure of your size, you can check the size chart here. We use US sizes and our clogs run true to size. Please note that sample sale clogs are final sale. 

Discount tiers:

It's our goal to offer our clogs at a fair price. All clogs at Tier 2 and below are seconds quality. Each product will have a mark in the name T1, T2, T3, T4, to let you know what level they are. Every pair of clogs has been inspected and categorized by our team and tiers are not negotiable. See below for more details on what that means and what to expect. All sales are final.

• Tier 1: 15% off regular retail - These are clogs that are 'perfect quality' but are not part of the current collection. All sales final.
• Tier 2:  25% off regular retail - This sale tier includes seconds and prototypes. Seconds clogs might have small blemishes, wrinkles, marks, light sun-fading or errors in manufacturing. Prototype clogs might be styles that are not currently in the line, ideas we made or other fun stuff. All defects are superficial and the clogs are wearable, durable and cute! All sales final.
• Tier 3: 40% off regular retail - Tier 3 clogs include seconds clogs that have more noticeable blemishes, like bigger wrinkles, irregular staples, signs of wear, sun-fading or scratches. All irregularities are superficial and do not affect the fit, wear or durability of the clogs. All sales final. 
• Tier 4: 60% off regular retail - These are 'gently worn' clogs that are donated to the sale by our team and the community. All proceeds from the gently worn clogs go to our Summer Fundraiser. More info here. All clogs are wearable and durable. All sales final.
• Automatic 10% off! All our full price items including clogs will be 10% off for the weeks of sample sale. Please note that some of these will be pre-order and you'll need to wait for us to make them. See the individual item for the estimated timing. 10% off clogs are eligible for our exchange and return policy.

Sample sale leather bags!!!:

• Tier 2: 25% off regular retail - For the first time ever, we have designed and made a super cute bag for sample sale. These bags are made using our 'seconds' leather. This is leather that might have small abrasions or blemishes, which made it not useable for clogs. These bags will ONLY be available for sample sale, and they will be 25% off what they would be at regular retail. All sales final.
  

What to expect in the sample sale: We don't want sample sale to be stressful. At launch time, thousands of folks log on to shop the sample sale in the hopes of finding a cute pair of clogs. We've put together this list below to help make the experience a little smoother for you. 

Adding product to your cart

Please be aware that on the first day of sample sale we often have over 7,000 people shopping at the same time. This means that the clogs are not 'yours' until you have completed check out. We know this can be frustrating and we are sorry. We have worked with developers and there's no way around this. Good luck!

We know it can be a bummer if you don't get the clogs you were looking for. That's why we offer 10% off all full price clogs, socks, and accessories during sample sale. We hope you find something you love! Shop here for the current full price collection.

Adding items to your cart before the sale live

If you want to include any full price items to your check out, like socks or tassels, we recommend adding them to your cart before the sale goes live. 

Shipping

We will start shipping the clogs out ASAP. We have brought on extra people to help with the huge influx of orders, but it still takes 2-3 weeks to get everything out to you. Please know that we are working hard to get all the orders out efficiently and accurately. Please refrain from reaching out about orders until the 3-week mark has passed. We appreciate your consideration.

Changing or cancelling orders after you've place them:

We cannot cancel, combine orders, or edit orders (i.e. changes in size, style, shipping address) once they have been place. All sales are final.

Sample Sale Fundraiser

Each year we host a 'Gently Worn' fundraiser where we donate 100% of the proceeds to Homeless Prenatal, a local San Francisco non-profit. These clogs are kindly donated by our community and team and are therefore very limited in quantity. Every cent will be donated to Homeless Prenatal. 

Sample sale and Sustainability

Sample sale is also a huge part of our commitment to sustainability. Throughout the year, any clogs that don't pass our very high quality control levels is saved for this once-a-year event. That means no clogs go into landfill, and you get to have a cute pair of discounted clogs.This year we have added to this, and we are offering seconds quality bags. The leather we use for our clogs has to be very exacting, and sometimes we aren't able to use it for clogs, but it's perfectly gorgeous. Some of these bags will have small blemish or marks. We think it gives them character!
