Why are we supporting these organizations?

Right now, there's an urgent need to support and safe guard LGBTQ+ rights.  This group of grassroots organizations was chosen by the Bryr team and reflects our shared values of love, compassion and equity for all. As a queer owned and run company, we believe that it's up to all of us to protect each other. As HRC says, "When we unite together, we are unstoppable!"

Lavender Phoenix builds queer and transgender Asian and Pacific Islander power to amplify our voices and increase the visibility of our communities. Through organizing in the Bay Area, we inspire and train grassroots leaders, transform our values from scarcity to abundance, and partner with organizations to sustain a vibrant movement ecosystem.

TGI Justice Project is a group of transgender, gender-variant and intersex people, inside and outside of prisons, jails, and detention centers, creating a united family in the struggle for survival and freedom. We work in collaboration with others to forge a culture of resistance and resilience to strengthen us for the fight against human rights abuses, imprisonment, police violence, racism, poverty, and societal pressures. We seek to create a world rooted in self-determination, freedom of expression, and gender justice

The Trevor Project's mission: We believe LGBTQ young people deserve a welcoming, loving world. And we wake up every day dedicated to making that a reality.

All our clogs are made by hand in our San Francisco Studio, using the highest quality American leather, solid wood bases and high quality craftsmanship. We made our clogs to order, just for you. 

Here's what to expect once you place your order:

Once you place your order, the ticket will go to our production team. Orders are made in chronological order, and usually take between 2-4 weeks to be made, depending on how busy the season is. Once your clogs have been made, we'll pack and ship them to you. If you place 2 or more orders, they will be held until all the pairs are ready to go. You'll receive a shipping notification once your pair of clogs have been handed off to the shipping courier.

If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling"), within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.  

If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that the production lead time applies for your second, exchange order. We cannot expedite exchange orders.

Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Natural wood and leather:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped. To learn more about our clogs and how to care for them, please see our care page.
