The classic Chloe is one of our best-selling styles and available here in Natural leather. The Chloe is made only with our high heel base, which is 3 1/4" high will a 1" lift in the front. 

We love natural, vegetable tanned leather, and we've been using it since we launched the line. A truly 'live' leather, it tans as you wear it while showing signs of your environment. Natural leather starts out a soft pink color and naturally tans over time to a lovely rich caramel. Natural leather is a little stiffer than some of the treated leathers, but it will soften with wear. We do not treat our natural leather and it will show signs of rain and moisture. In-stock clogs, socks and totes ship in 2-5 business days. Our current estimated Made-To-Order (MTO) queue is currently 21-35 days.

We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days); overseas orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to pay to add insurance to your order.

All of our clogs are handmade under one roof in San Francisco! We frequently update the MTO queue estimate above based on incoming orders and our production capacity. We do everything we can to make and ship your MTO clogs within this window; however, due to the nature of our production, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size. We've put together this simple and easy to use guide to help you make the best decision for your clog purchase.  Unlike some other clog companies, we do not go by European sizing. We hope this makes it easier to pick your correct size.

We have 5 different clog bases, the chonk, the block, platform, worker and high heel. For all our clog styles (except the high sandals*) we recommend sizing UP if you are between sizes. In other words, if you are a 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 8.

When placing your order, you will see the fit range on the drop down. This info is there to help you make the best decision based on the pair you are considering.
*We have found that the high heel sandal is the only style that we recommend you size down in if you wear a half-size. For instance, if you are a size 7.5, we recommend ordering a size 7.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returnable products: 
We offer returns on in-stock and MTO clogs and other in-stock merchandize for refund or store credit within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be in unworn & perfect condition, see below for more details.  
If you are ordering to check your size we kindly ask you to order from the in-stock collection before ordering from MTO.

Non-returnable products: 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted, sale items or socks.

Condition for return:
We can only accept returns on perfect clogs. We cannot accept merchandise with signs of wear, including but not limited to marks on the foot bed, outsoles or scuffs on the leather or wood. Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please pack carefully.

Refund and exchange process:

If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping, within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.  

If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. If there is a difference in the charge, you'll be charged or refunded on the original form of payment. Please note that if you are returning MTO for MTO the lead time applies for your second order. We cannot expedite MTO orders.

Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

If you miss the return window or you have worn the clogs, you can resell them on reBRYR

Damages and defects: 

We stand by the craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at hello@bryrstudio.com at any time during the life of your clogs. 

Natural wood and leather:

Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped.
