Thanks so much for checking out our FAQ about our new "Ready to Roll" in-stock program. We're going to try to answer most your questions here, but if you don't find what you're looking for, we encourage you to either email us at hello@bryrstudio.com or DM us on our instagram. Our customer service team works Monday through Friday and is always happy to chat clogs with you.
Q. What's the difference between Ready to Roll clogs and Made-to-order clogs?
A. There is absolutely no difference between the actual clogs. They are the same exact quality and cuteness!!! The only difference is the wait time. The Ready to Roll clogs will be freshly made and ready to ship out, which means that we will ship them out to you within 3-5 business days from when you order.
On the other hand, our Made-to-order clogs take about 3-6 weeks to be made and then ship out to you.
Q. How will I know the difference between Ready to Roll and MTO clogs?
A. The Ready to Roll clogs will have RTR in the title and a yellow box in the corner. All other clogs are MTO.
Q. How often will you be re-stocking the Ready to Roll collection?
A. Our plan is to re-stock every Friday at 10am, and we'll see how that goes.
Q. What will be offered in the Ready to Roll program and how did you decide?
A. We're going to start with 4 of our favorites styles on Oct 14th. Each week we'll be adding one or two new styles. We chose these styles because they are the ones WE love and YOU love. We expect to have between 10-15 styles in RTR at any one time.
Q. Will the Ready to Roll collection change over time?
A. Yes, it will evolve seasonally. We'll bring new things in, and retire things.
Q. Can I still order clogs that are not part of the Ready to Roll collection?
A. Absolutely! We suggest checking out or more edited Fall Collection first. You can also pick from the entire catalog here (but don't get overwhelmed! There are a lot of choices!)
Q. Will I be able to purchase RTR clogs at the shop when you open.
A. That is EXACTLY the plan!
Q. The size I want in RTR is sold out. What do you suggest I do?
A. You can do one of two things. You can either wait until next week's re-stock or order the style from our MTO catalog.
Q. Why are you guys offering Ready to Roll clogs?
A. It's a win/win!!! We hope getting your clogs faster will make you super happy!!! For us, focusing our production on fewer styles helps us improve our efficiency- which in turn helps our business. Like many manufacturers, in the last 2 years we have seen our costs rise dramatically. Making this small change will help us keep our prices stable and not pass those increased costs on to you.
