Full Time Production Assistant


We are looking for people to join our growing team who have strong attention to detail, exceptional work ethic and a love for hands on production. Our production assistants are the backbone of our company. 

We are looking for a individuals who value professionalism, communication and are problem solvers with excellent organizational skills. We are looking for a team player with strong hand building and production skills. You must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working towards a shared goal. We are looking for someone who is a humble, hard-working, genuine, open, and a team player. People who prefer working solo, are not receptive to feedback and who do not prioritize quality and efficiency need not apply.

This job is meant for you if you’re a creative, detail-oriented person with a meticulous eye and a dedication to accuracy and quality. Our production assistants thrive in team oriented places and love contributing to the success of the company.

Job responsibilities: As our production assistant, you will be assisting the production team in all areas of manufacturing. From cutting leather to building and finishing products, you will be trained in all of our methods. This is a physical job and requires the use of heavy machinery. 

Qualifications: Candidates must have strong hand-making skills, work ethic and attention to detail. Prior experience in shoemaking not necessary, but prior experience in making is required.

Physical requirements: This position involves physical manual work, including but not limited to: standing for extended periods of time, walking, lifting, hammering and cutting.

Classification, Compensation, and Benefits:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • This is an hourly position.
