Customer Service Teammate- Part-Time & Remote
We are looking for warm, helpful and organized individuals to join our team. This position is part time and we are open to remote applicants.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer via email and social platforms in a helpful, courteous, and timely fashion
- Coordinate with the team on any returns, remakes or rush orders, and communicate with customers
- Process one-off returns, refunds and exchanges
- Create customer invoices for email sales orders
- Assist with simple web updates as needed
- A commitment to self-growth, the growth in others and the growth of the company
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Good Computer skills
Preferred Experience
- Customer service experience
Hours:
- 8 hours a week
- Flexible hours- We will work together to create a schedule that ensures all emails are answered within 2 business days.
Job location:
- This is a remote position.
