Assistant Store Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager!

BRYR is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Dogpatch store team in San Francisco. As the Assistant Store Manager you’ll manage the day to day operations of our Flagship Clog shop.

Our Assistant Store Manager creates genuine and positive connections with our community and helps our company meet our sales goals! They are an outgoing people-person who enjoys people and creating a warm and inviting environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with all of our different departments to provide an excellent and on-brand customer experience. You will partner closely with the owner/founder to create a wonderful retail experience for our community.

Our dream candidate is outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, creative and most importantly, they love BRYR Clogs!

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a delightful customer experience
  • Interact on the shop floor with our customers as the day to day shop person
  • Running the day to day management of store operations
  • Creating beautiful in-store displays
  • Buying and merchandising for the retail shop
  • Creating fun loyalty events to promote the brand and increase sales
  • Overseeing & streamlining back of house processes & inventory management
  • Maintaining a motivated team that can hit or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinating with the team on order management as needed
  • Assist with special events

Required skills:

  • 1-2 years retail experience
  • Loves to sell BRYR clogs!

Hours:

  • 40 hours a week
  • 10:30am-6:30pm Wednesday- Sunday

Benefits:

  • Full-time & hourly, non-exempt position (eligible for overtime)

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
  • Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
