In stock items like totes, socks, sweatshirts and swatches will ship in 2-5 business days. 

Items marked 'made-to-order' typically ship in 2-4 weeks. 

Items marked 'Special order' typically ship in 3-6 weeks. 

If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, your items will be ready to pick up within 2-4 days of completion (not including the production timelines listed above). We will email you confirmation at that time.

Size Chart
Our sizes are US sizes, and run true to size. 
If you are a wide or a half-size, we recommend sizing up. 

Our sizes are indicated on the heel pad of the clog. Please note that the number etched on the wood heel indicates the model size, but not the clog size. Please follow your US size to find the best fit for you. 
If you are between sizes or a wide, we recommend sizing up on all clog styles, except high heel sandals.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returnable products: 
We offer returns on clogs and other merchandize for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be in unworn & perfect condition, see below for more details.  
If you are ordering to check your size we kindly ask you to order from the in-stock collection before ordering from MTO or Special Order.

Non-returnable products: 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted, sale items or socks.

Condition for return:
We can only accept returns on perfect clogs. We cannot accept merchandise with signs of wear, including but not limited to marks on the foot bed, outsoles or scuffs on the leather or wood. Bryr Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please pack carefully.

Refund and exchange process:

If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling"), within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.  

If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that if you are returning MTO for MTO the lead time applies for your second order. We cannot expedite exchange orders.

Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Damages and defects: 
We stand by the craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at hello@bryrstudio.com at any time during the life of your clogs.

Natural wood and leather:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped.
