We are so excited to share that this week we are resuming some key essential functions at Bryr! The health and safety of our team and community are our top priority, and so every choice we make and action we take hinges on strictly following state and city orders.
San Francisco has not yet lifted the ban on non-essential manufacturing. We are, however, able to send a small crew in to resume shipping of in-stock clogs and receive exchanges. We will be ramping up this shipping this week, following all safety precautions to keep our team absolutely safe.
If you have an order out, this is what it means:
If you have ordered an in-stock or online sample sale clog from us, you can expect to get a shipping notice from us in the next 2 weeks!!! Thank you for your patience as we get up and running!
If you have a made-to-order order with us (this includes orders from the archive and summer capsule collections), please know that the city of San Francisco has not yet lifted the ban on non-essential manufacturing. We are making a plan to get up and running as quickly and safely as possible once we get the green light.
If you have a pair of clogs you’d like to exchange, you may now ship them back to our studio!
If you place a new order at this time, here's what to expect:
If you order a made-to-order clog, your order will be added to our production queue. As soon as we’re able to get back to making, we’ll make your clogs for you, by hand, and in the order in which they were purchased.
If you order in-stock clogs, a tote bag, or swatches, you can expect to get a shipping notice from us within 10 days. Thank you for your patience as we get up and running!
You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your clogs, totes, and/or swatches are packed up and ready to go.
