WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our current shipping turnaround time is 2-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays). 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We use USPS for all domestic orders. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Bryr is unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio. Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we find they often do show up within a few business days!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship all our International orders ship via DHL or FedEx. You will PRE-PAY all customs duties and taxes at checkout. This avoids any surprise fees and charges. Please note that Customs duties and taxes are levied by your home country and are not set by BRYR. 

I AM TRACKING MY ORDER BUT IT HASN'T UPDATED IN A FEW DAYS:

If your package is still in transit and hasn't arrived within 15 days of the shipping date, please email us. We will handle the insurance claim on our end and walk you through the next steps.

MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE:

We recommend calling USPS at 1-800-275-8777. Occasionally, packages are scanned as "delivered" a few days before they actually arrive. You can also check with neighbors to see if they were mistakenly delivered to a place nearby. While your package is insured, USPS typically denies claims for items marked as delivered. However, you can find instructions on how to file a claim here. Bryr is not responsible for delivered packages that are missing or stolen.

PRE-ORDERS:

From time to time, we offer pre-orders for exciting new or returning clog styles! If your product name contains the word "pre-order", the shipping turn around time is indicated in each clog's product page (see the Details tab), it will be the most up to date version so please check there. If you order socks or other accessories with a pre-order, they will ship with the clogs. To find out about our pre-order windows, sign up for our newsletter and you will be first to know!

PICKUP: 

We do not currently offer pick up.
