ORDERING:

How do I order?

You can order by going to the Collection page, clicking on the style you want, and then filling out each drop down menu. Every pair is custom made for you, and so you can choose what style, size, and color you want. If there are any special requests you would like to add, we suggest first placing your order, and then emailing us with your order number and your additional request. We will let you know if the special request is possible and if there are any additional costs.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order straight away. Once your clogs have been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How long will it take for my clogs to come? 

It typically takes us between 10-15 business days for us to make your pair of clogs, plus shipping time. However, the first Fall collection will be begin shipping in mid-October.

 

How to I care for my clogs?

Our clogs are made from 100% US leather. For the rough-out oiled leathers, cleaning requires a simple damp cloth. You can also use a suede brush if it's gotten really dirty. For the veg-tan leathers, we suggest using a clear leather polish that you can find at your local cobblers.

All clogs are made from wood, and as a natural material you need to treat it with care. Be sure to re-sole the clogs before the rubber wears down to the wood, as reconstruction is difficult. Any local cobbler can re-sole your clogs.

SIZES:

How do I know what size I am?

Our clogs fit true to size. We suggest half sizes should size down. Please check out our fit guide page if you are unsure what size is right for you. You can also download a foot-tracing form there, and send it in to us to be 100% sure you're ordering the right thing!

How high is your heel?

We have 2 heal heights, the high (3 1/4") and the mid (2 3/4). The high heal has a narrower base, so if you have a very wide foot we suggest going with the mid-heal.

COLORS:

I'm not sure what color I like. Can I get a swatch?

Yes! We can send you up to 5 swatches free of charge. Please email us at info@bryrstudio.com with your name and address and we'll get them right out to you.

Can I order special colors?

Yes, if you are interested in ordering a clog in a color not offered in the shoe, but still in the line, it might be possible. Just email us. If you are looking for something special, we will do our best to help you. There is a surcharge for special colors, based on selection.

We're really just making clogs for our friends, friends-of-friends, and friends-of-friends-of-friends (you get the idea).
